3 - An Bord Pleanála and Bias
We cannot help but feel that something may be learned about the way An Bord Pleanála operates from this article entitled 'An Bord Pleanála and Bias':

4 - Our chance to get justice
An important precedent was set by a High Court judgment of 25 July 2014 to overturn an An Bord Pleanála decision http://www.pleanala.ie/casenum/239759.htm which had granted permission for two wind farm developments in county Roscommon: the Kelly Judgment [2013 No. 802 J.R.]. Due to this legal precedent we feel we have for the first time a realistic chance of success.

5 - Our engagement with planning and development processes
In addition to our many submissions to the Coore/Shanavogh wind farm planning application and appeal, we have been actively participating in the planning process of other local wind energy developments and the formulation of regional and national policies.
